Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba is the Chinese most prolific businessman. He is the richest man in China but only after decades of disappointment, rejection and despair but he never gave up on his dreams.
Speaking to a group of aspiring entrepreneurs, MA covers a variety of topics. He believes, if you want to succeed, hire people who are smarter than you. One does not have to learn a lot of things to run a successful business. By trusting smart people in your company, you give yourself a chance of doing well.
Jack says, when you are 20 years old, join a good company and a good boss. If you are over 30, you can not afford to lose. When you are 40 to 50 years old, don’t try new things, do things you are good at.
When you are 50 to 60 years old, train and develop young people. Jack also spoke about trade and globalization.
